This is how I updated this dress for early fall, when it's still quite warm but not to hot you can't wear layers. Purple is THE color this fall and looks great on all complexions. I paired the dress with a creme, ripped cotton shirt with lace trim (can't see them trim here, sry), over that I layered a brown empire waist top with a tied ribbon. Add the purple dress, belt it to balance out the shape and add a fun detail..voila! Now all you need is a nice pair of skinny jeans which I paired with brwn suede wedge sandals here. This outfit is perfect for ging to the movies, cafe, park.. I kept the hairdo simple and cute (side chignon), since the dress has many details. Because of the warm undertones in this combination I like wearing this with gold jewelry
