The unlatched bag, the depressed facial exression and the pigeon toed legs....no style going on here...just sloppy looking.

It's a cute outfit, but I don't feel it's a "night out" look. It's got more of a casual daytime vibe...a skirt instead of twill shorts, or a blouse that shows more skin, and it would feel more night-out-ish.
