Hey y' all, I was wondering... does anyone have a solution for getting wrinkes out of silk? I have this gorgeous top that wrinkles so easily! Before I realized that it did I had it folded up, bad move. So now I am wondering.... Is there any option other than a dry cleaners?

Hey Ruthem, yeah silk is tough to work with. Depending on how badly its wrinkled, you could just hang it up in the bathroom while taking a steamy shower...instant steamer! Once you're done, use your hands to lightly tug at the fabric and smooth it out. Aside from that, I use and iron on a LOW setting. With a light touch I go over the fabric. If you're scared to do this, try putting another fabric in between the silk and the iron so its not directly touching the silk. If your iron has a decent steam setting, that helps too. Hope that helps!
