I just love the family gathering type of party...relaxed, but still a diva in my own right...I love serving up Italian foods, and really making it look easy! Although, I love the bubbling sparking wine also...so I am in between styles...

I think all of these party themes sound great, and you are right that parties are all about finding your own style and getting your friends and family together.
