Sooo, I really need some help! I won one of those $50 shopbop gc. And am now in the process of finding what it can be used for. In designer land it is like having $5!! I might be able to add in some of my own money to the mix, but not much. Can you guys give me any advice/help on what I should do with it? Thank You!!!

I'm checking once a week or so to see what's on sale. I'm buying a house, so my shopbop item will be exactly $50 or less! Our options in that price range are socks, 1-2 pairs of underwear, plain tees, plain tanks, or various pieces of jewelry. It takes a while to find the things that are under $50 because there's no option to sort the items by price. I've been eyeing the Juicy horseshoe ring, but haven't committed to buying it yet! Try checking out the sale and look under hosiery, jewelry, and loungewear, and lingerie. Good luck!

I was in the same boat but found my precious Converse sneakers for $44! If you're into this style of shoe I'd go for it. They were offering free shipping too so hopefully that is still going on!

I was looking on there more and it seems that there are certain brands that actually have good prices in the sale section. Like Velvet, Bop Basics, C & C California, Nightcap Clothing, Juicy Couture, Splendid, etc. And if you have the money some things are only a couple dollars more.

most reward type sites like that only give cash back on money spent so no gc, no post, no tax blah blah. i did the marc jacobs tee for 64, but i was like well for 14 ok, but i would never spend 64 on a tee...

Some of the tees are so expensive. They have great styles, but it is just so hard for me to spend my entire gift card on one shirt, or a $30 thong.

There are some pretty cool earrings and necklaces also. You might even be able to buy 2 things for the $50.

I love your purchase. I got really excited about a pair of loungewear pants, but when I went to get them the color I wanted was gone, so I am still searching for the perfect way to spend my reward.

shopbop does great sales around particular times of the year- the last one i saw was around tax refund season- they just knock a good 70% off a lot of stuff- which puts a lot more things in your price range. if i were lucky as you ladies, i would splurge on a statement accessory that i would never consider reasonable otherwise! enjoy!
