Is it really that bad to wear a white cocktail dress after labor day?

I am so not a follower of this trend. If it's still warm out after labor day i say wear white. When it starts getting cold - then move to winter white. It also depends where you live. I live in SoCal and people wear white here year round.

I think you can totally wear white after labor day. Whatever makes you feel good should be your guide. I wear white all year, so don't worry!

I agree. Year round. White in the winter is my favorite!

I am alwasys excited for fall and winter because you can wear the off white, vanilla looking colors.
