What type of bathing suits are in this year? I have been seeing one-pieces with the sides cut out but i don't believe they are for everyone. Any other trends i should look out for?

50 style suits are so in! One pieces that have a structured halter top and bodice and goes to the hip. So Marilyn! Polka dot prints are cool as well.

I'm not sure about trends but I do believe that a great looking swimsuit that best fits your bod is the best way to go. Something that accents all the good parts of your body and hides all the little flaws.

re: Stylicious
There are some really new and different trends out this season, I prefer the retro glam styles like the high waisted and halter tops. I totally agree with lilygaze its about YOUR body. I am short waisted and small chested so I can't go for a plunging v-neck maillot or cut out sides onepeice, omgsh!!! Talk about accentuating the less positive! So I still stick with my old stand by for my bod, in a halter push up, and a more seasonal new print or style, this season its definately the high waisted bottom with a flirty little wrap swim skirt for cover for me. But my advice is stick with what flatters your figure in a new print or few extra accessories that reflect a new trend. ( beach bag, wedge heel or retro dangle earring)
