What do you guys consider Urban Elegance? I was going to enter the new contest but I really cant define that style in my mind..any ideas??

I'm thinking maybe something to do with denim/hip hop look.. but still classy/elegant. It should be a young city look maybe? I have to work on this!!

I was thinking of something young and flirty for a night out in the city. When is the deadline to submit? I'll have to work on this.

I had to stop and think about this one also. For me, spending alot of time in the City (New York) I think about women who can use one special piece or combo of pieces and take them and look fanastic! Thinking of it that way, Urban Elegance must then contain a strong confidence-you know that what you put together is great-and you look GREAT!

Urban Elegance to me is going out in style. I dressed in my favorite jeans and a black top for a night out on the town. Hopefully my style is okay.

If I enter, I'm really going to have to think about the outfit I put together... I don't know if it would come to me naturally :)

urban elegance...hmm i think it would basically be an original style but just more glamorized like bright colors and high heel boots. but thats just what i think

I think urban elegance has a lot to do with age,and confidence. A young woman could wears jeans and heels and pull it off for a night in the city. While I feel a woman of a "certain age:,which I am one would look just silly and cluless. I also think it has something to do with knowing your body type and looking in the mirror and seeing the truth,sigh,the mirror never lies!

urban elegance, just take at look at beyonce vs lil kim. beyonce is very classy while lil kim is a can of worms.
